If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Our small business offers store credit only. There are no refunds to original payment.

Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags and tickets attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Hair accessories and hats
- Paint kits
How Do I Receive My Store Credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email your store credit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly. We inspect all orders and photograph before shipping.
